Un travail souvent non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 et peu reconnu, accompli en grande partie par les femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Biovision \u0153uvre pour que la justice sociale soit indissociable des approches agro\u00e9cologiques. Nous voulons renforcer les moyens de subsistance des populations et accro\u00eetre le pouvoir d\u2019agir des Des normes culturelles continuent de limiter la participation des femmes aux projets, ainsi que leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la terre, au capital et aux espaces de d\u00e9cision. Elles restent en outre rarement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 des postes de direction<br \/>et leur contribution au syst\u00e8me alimentaire est encore trop souvent per\u00e7ue comme auxiliaire, et non comme \u00e9conomiquement d\u00e9terminante.<\/p>\n<p>Or les r\u00e9sistances au changement ne viennent pas seulement des hommes : elles s&rsquo;inscrivent au c\u0153ur m\u00eame des communaut\u00e9s et des structures sociales. Les syst\u00e8mes alimentaires reposent en grande partie sur des activit\u00e9s encore largement invisibilis\u00e9es. Notre approche vise \u00e0 valoriser ces activit\u00e9s, \u00e0 augmenter les marges de man\u0153uvre et \u00e0 renforcer les structures collectives.
