Et les offices gouvernementaux sont \u00e9galement bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s depuis l\u2019automne dernier : 10 des 20 si\u00e8ges du Cabinet \u00e9thiopien sont occup\u00e9s par des femmes.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Dans les campagnes, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes tra\u00eene encore loin derri\u00e8re. Mais l\u2019impatience n\u2019est pas de mise, surtout vu de Suisse. Sur la question du genre, notre pays reste le plus conservateur d\u2019Europe, m\u00eame si les femmes sont aujourd\u2019hui mieux form\u00e9es que les hommes.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\">Nous avons ici de graves discriminations. Par exemple dans la direction des entreprises (7 % de femmes), les diff\u00e9rences salariales ou la conciliation entre vie professionnelle et familiale. Au Parlement, un peu moins d\u2019un tiers de femmes d\u00e9cident du sort de la Suisse. Au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, les choses se pr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 mieux : avec trois ministres f\u00e9minines sur sept, on parvient presque \u00e0 la parit\u00e9. Comme en \u00c9thiopie.
