Dans trois r\u00e9gions pilotes de Suisse, des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires agro\u00e9cologiques seront renforc\u00e9s et \u00e9tendus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des approches territoriales participatives. Le projet \u00ab R\u00e9gion \u00e0 table \u00bb est mis en \u0153uvre dans les cantons de Vaud, B\u00e2le-Campagne et Zurich.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La Suisse compte plusieurs exemples d’initiatives<\/a> individuelles d\u00e9montrant qu’une transformation agro\u00e9cologique r\u00e9ussie est possible. Ce qui fait encore d\u00e9faut, c’est une approche coordonn\u00e9e entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs : une d\u00e9marche commune, des domaines d’action prioritaires et des solutions strat\u00e9giques avec un impact syst\u00e9mique, \u00e9labor\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re participative. Seule cette coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique permettra de d\u00e9passer la somme des projets individuels et d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>


Le projet \u00ab R\u00e9gion \u00e0 table \u00bb vise \u00e0 r\u00e9unir, au sein d\u2019une r\u00e9gion pilote, les acteurs engag\u00e9s dans la transition agro\u00e9cologique dans le cadre d’un processus participatif, et \u00e0 d\u00e9finir l\u2019approche \u00e0 adopter afin de d\u00e9velopper ensemble des solutions.<\/p>

Le groupe cible<\/h2>
Le groupe cible des processus participatifs inclut tous les acteurs souhaitant contribuer \u00e0 la transformation du syst\u00e8me alimentaire. Cela inclut le secteur priv\u00e9 tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur alimentaire (agriculteurs, transformateurs, transporteurs, d\u00e9taillants, restaurateurs, consommateurs), les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les repr\u00e9sentants des administrations municipales et cantonales, les organisations de protection de l’environnement et de la sant\u00e9, ainsi que d’autres groupes locaux (groupements d’int\u00e9r\u00eat, associations, coop\u00e9ratives, etc.).<\/div>

Le processus<\/h2>

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 identifier les acteurs, les initiatives et les strat\u00e9gies politiques pertinents. Les champs d’action sont ensuite prioris\u00e9s et des solutions concr\u00e8tes sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es. \u00c0 cette fin, des groupes de travail con\u00e7oivent des projets \u00e0 impact syst\u00e9mique, susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre soutenus et mis en \u0153uvre par de multiples acteurs. Le processus r\u00e9gional aboutit ainsi \u00e0 des solutions syst\u00e9miques assorties d’un plan de mise en \u0153uvre clair et d’un financement ad\u00e9quat.<\/p>

Ces solutions syst\u00e9miques comprennent, par exemple, l’\u00e9laboration participative de strat\u00e9gies politiques (notamment alimentaires), la mise en place de r\u00e9seaux r\u00e9gionaux (en particulier de forums sur l\u2019alimentation), la promotion des march\u00e9s locaux pour les produits biologiques r\u00e9gionaux par le d\u00e9veloppement de structures logistiques et de transformation locales (circuits courts), la promotion d’une alimentation saine et de produits durables dans la restauration collective, etc. Parall\u00e8lement, les acteurs peuvent \u00e9laborer et mettre en \u0153uvre des solutions relativement simples et directement applicables tout au long du processus r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
