Biovision-Symposium 2017:

All organic – always better?

  • Date: Saturday, 18 November 2017
  • Time: 14.00–17.00 hours
  • Venue: Volkshaus Zürich, Stauffacherstrasse 60

Eating is about more than just food. How we feed ourselves is crucial not just for our own health but also the health and future of our planet.  The way we produce, store, distribute, consume and also dispose of food has a major impact on the state of the Earth’s natural resources.

As consumers, we decide every day what, how and where food is produced. “Choose organic” is one of the Biovision shopping tips. But what lies behind this recommendation and how healthy is organic for our world?
