Biovision, the Swiss-based foundation for ecological development, has a new face. New are our logo, the website and the design of our printing materials. Our goals and values, however, are still the same. We promote ecological thinking and action to improve people’s livelihoods and protect the environment in Africa.
Then why change the logo?
These changes are important. They became a pressing matter as our Foundation is not the only one using the name "Biovision". There are other organizations and enterprises whose philosophies are not in harmony with our ideals in any way. In extreme cases – for example concerning genetic engineering – these interest may even be completely the opposite of our vision.
Biovision Foundation has decided to keep its name. To prevent confusion and usurpation for goals that are adverse to our Foundation’s goal, the visual appearance was renewed.
