Name and legal domicile
Art. 1 Under the name ‘Biovision’ exists a foundation in accordance with Art. 80ff of the Swiss Civil Law Code with its legal domicile in Zurich.
Mandate
Art. 2 The foundation promotes the preservation of the natural resources that sustain life for present and future generations. At home as well as in developing areas of the Third World it supports projects which promote the sustainable use of natural resources under fair social conditions and at the same time help to preserve biodiversity and encourage ecological thought and action.
