How we work

Professional Project Management

Anne Bruntse-Nganga (agronomist and regional coordinator for Infonet) discussing with Richard Nsamba (Project manager in the field) in Uganda.

Biovision is committed to professional project management and utilises its internal project management system in order to ensure that resources are carefully deployed. Biovision supervises local partner organisations in carrying out the grassroots projects in Africa. These are finalised together, prepared, implemented and handed over to the participants step-by-step. They are supervised in this process by programme and project representatives. Reporting and control of activities are guaranteed by a detailed management and evaluation system.

Finances are subject to strict internal and external control. Projects supported by Biovision are also tested and evaluated externally.
